3D printing in engineering materials

We print functional parts in engineering materials on our own large-format machines – from a single prototype to short production runs. Because our printers are big, we can print parts that do not fit on typical machines in one piece.

Materials

  • Composites: PA-CF, ABS-GF and other carbon- or glass-fibre-filled materials – stiff, strong and dimensionally stable,
  • Nylon (PA): tough, wear-resistant mechanical parts,
  • ABS, ASA: heat and UV resistance, parts for outdoor use,
  • TPU: seals, bumpers and damping elements.

Process

  • enclosed, heated chambers for materials prone to warping,
  • hardened nozzles for fibre-filled composites,
  • material dried before printing,
  • a tuned profile per material, kept the same across a whole series.

Typical applications

  • functional prototypes and test parts,
  • spare and replacement parts for machines,
  • jigs, fixtures and production tooling,
  • short production runs.

How to order

  1. Send your model (STEP, STL or 3MF) or a drawing of the part.
  2. We recommend material and print settings for the part's use.
  3. You get a quote – price, lead time and delivery.
  4. We print, inspect and ship the parts by courier.

See examples in our projects, or send us your files.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, STL and 3MF. If you only have a drawing or a sample part, send it anyway and we will advise.

How big can a part be?

Our large-format machines print parts up to 900 × 600 mm in footprint. Larger parts can be split and joined – we will suggest the best approach.

Do you ship parts abroad?

Yes. Finished parts are shipped by courier; delivery is included in the quote.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on material, size and quantity, so we quote each job. Send us your files for a quote.
